Delivery details
- Shipping costs can be found at check-out.
- Items are dispatched from our warehouse within 24hrs and should arrive between 3-5 working days if you are in the UK, and up to 10 days for all other countries.
- All orders are fulfilled by our third-party logistics company Quivo, who will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
- Once you place an order we are unable to change order details (item/address) as your order will most likely have left the warehouse.
- If your item has not arrived within ten days of ordering, please email: retail@wonderbagworld.com
- For UK orders the products include VAT.
- For International orders for delivery outside the UK, products are shown in local currency for your convenience but import duties and local taxes are not included in the sale price.
- Import fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in the sale price.
USA

- All orders are shipped and dispatched from our warehouse in the UK within 24hrs and should arrive up to 10 days for the USA.
- Due to current US trade regulations, Wonderbag products shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Any applicable charges are determined by US Customs, are outside of our control and must be paid by the recipient.
- The customs clearance is the authorization from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that lets imported goods enter the United States once all duties and tariffs have been assessed.
- CBP assigns the paperwork to our courier. The courier pays the duties and tariffs on your behalf, then invoices you for these costs together with its own brokerage or handling charge before delivery.

UK, USA and International
Returns policy
- Due to the vacuum packaging we use for posting the Wonderbag, it makes it difficult to accept returns. As a result, we can only accept returns for unopened Wonderbags.
- If you would like to return your item, please send your unopened Wonderbag to the following address: 'Logsta UK Ltd (Quivo), Wonderbag Returns, 5 Prior Industrial Estate, Priors Way, Maidenhead SL6 2HP, United Kingdom', along with your Order Number. Please then notify us by completing the Contact Form.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Wonderbag is not responsible for the cost of returning the item to the Quivo warehouse.
- In the unlikely case that your Wonderbag is faulty, please contact us by completing the Contact Form and we will try our best to find a solution.

Delivery details
- Items are shipped within 48hrs of receiving payment and should arrive within 5 working days.
- If your item has not arrived within seven days of ordering, please contact us through the Contact Form.
