- Our bags arrive vacuum-packed. Take time to break up all the compacted foam with your fingers.
- A little heat helps, a few minutes in front of a sunny window can aid in warming up the stuffing and make it more pliable. It may take up to 48 hours and multiple efforts to fully unpack.
- It is important to place a mat or a pad tea towel between your hot pot and the bottom of the Wonderbag to protect the fabric from scorching.
- Ensure you use the correct pan size for the Wonderbag you purchase, this helps to ensure the temperature remains hot for longer.
- Ensure you get your food to boiling point, let it simmer (time varies depending on recipe), before placing the pan in the Wonderbag. This helps to ensure your food continues to cook when taken off the heat source.
- Start by experimenting with smaller pieces of vegetables or meat, and then gradually build up to bigger pieces once you learn how long items take to cook using the Wonderbag.

Due to the vacuum packaging we use for posting the Wonderbag, it makes it difficult to accept returns. As a result, we can only accept returns for unopened boxes.

"I didn't buy mine from Amazon (direct from seller) but I have been using mine for years! Works great to soak/soften dried chickpeas and beans. I love making curries and stews in it, really brings out the flavour, and no standing over the pot for hours, instead just cook the meat, brown the onions, heat to boiling and forget about it for 5hrs, then enjoy a lovely tasty meal.
I also use mine when camping as a cool box, no energy and works so much better than a plastic box or cool bag. Keeps yoghurt and cheese fine for days 👍"

"This is excellent. The company has a very good ethos, great customer service and the product is just brilliant. So far I’ve cooked salmon in coconut peanut broth, bean soup and tomato sauce. Just a quick bit of cooking on hob, then into the bag it goes. It sits happily, cooking away. The flavours meld really nicely and I can just leave it be - can head out for a walk, go upstairs to work and not worry about the safety - no gas, which saves on the bills, too! I’ve heard you can cook chickpeas and also make yogurt, so they’re next on the list. Highly recommend. And the patterns are lovely!"

"I couldn't wait to use our Wonderbag and it was amazing. The quality is so good.
Take time to fluff out the filling within the bag and don't forget to pop something in the base before you pop your pot in there.
I must admit I didn't want to leave it for longer than 3 hours before we had our dinner as I was worried it wouldn't be hot but I need not have worried it was piping hot...next time I will happily leave it up to the 8 hours the company say you can.
I really recommend this brilliant Wonderbag, I'm so glad that we invested in one!

"We have the small one and now we have the large one and love them both. The large one is because, in lockdown, we are doing more cooking for freezing in larger pans. We have had the smaller one for years and use it several times a week. No electricity or gas used (after initial 15 minutes), nothing burned, still hot after overnight use - what's not to like."
